Globe-trotting Philippines And Its Gastronomic Culture

And so I'm back. Not to blogging, but to Mongolia for a good wrap of the year before totally embracing a new dimension that this year will offer.

So, so blessed that I was able to visit my home country before 2013 ended. Not just that, I was also able to experience three of the islands I loved to visit the most: Cebu, Negros and Bohol. We got more than a week to conduct church visits and a little strolling on the less-traveled streets for authentic food experience.

Burp.

Philippines has so much to offer: from the rich culture to dynamic country side life, facets mark by vibrant and long history, sands and beaches, to cheap but superb dining experiences. If one wants to dive in an unfamiliar place, food is one of the main things that will connect you to the people, then to its folklore. Food  often reveals the identity and culture of that certain place. Indeed the old saying, "You are what you eat," pulled it out. This section is but a collection of those mouth-watering goodness I tasted and ate while I was in my comfort place. Allow me to take you to my place through its  rich and engaging gastronomic culture. Behold your salivary  gland, fella.
